The DNA/RNA Extraction Kits(Magnetic Beads) are automation-ready plates prefilled suitably configured for GENFINE Purifier Instruments.Nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from a complex with magnetic beads in a specially formulated buffer. The beads / nucleic acids complex is then separated from lysates using a magnet. Purified DNA/RNA are then eluted when the buffer condition is adjusted.Special magnetic beads technology enables purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities.

◈ Simple and fast: with the pre-packaged kit, only sample addition is required before using our GENFINE Purifier Instrument. It can be as fast as 13 min for 96 samples one time；
◈ Suitable for all kinds of complex samples DNA/RNA extraction: whole blood, plasma, saliva, mouth swab, tissue lapping fluid,lymph, internal organs and so on；
◈ Safe and convenient for processing, high quality and high yield DNA/RNA.

Extract RNA from 200ul Oropharyngeal swabs (preserved reagent included) by Y502, which can be as fast as 13min.The test results indicate: gene ORF1ab, gene N and internal reference gene RNase P (human) can be effectively amplified from purified nucleic acids with FM502T5. And it’s high sensitivity and good purity. (data from third-party laboratory)

Dilute RSVA tenfold with preserved reagent to 8 gradients, then extract viral nucleic acids by GENFINE Y502 and competitive product T separately. Amplification results indicate: purification by GENFINE FM502T5 is much better than competitive product T. (data from third-party laboratory)
